Introduction

Welcome to BrainBloom Kids ("we", "our", or "the app"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use our application, how it is used, and your rights as a parent or guardian.

BrainBloom Kids is an all-in-one brain development app for children ages 2–8, featuring drawing, coloring, memory games, puzzles, math games, word games, alphabet learning, and a story builder. The app is available on Android and iOS.

Because this app is directed at young children, we take privacy extremely seriously. This policy is written in plain English so every parent can understand it. By using BrainBloom Kids, you agree to the practices described here.

🛡️
Our Core Promise to Parents

We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information from children. No account is required. No chat. No external links within the children's experience. Every third-party SDK is configured for child-directed treatment.

2

Information We Collect

The short version: We do not collect personal information from children or parents. No names, no emails, no location, no photos from your gallery.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Information Collected Automatically (Non-Personal)

Like most mobile apps, certain non-personal technical data may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs integrated into the app. This may include:

Data Stored Locally on Device

BrainBloom Kids stores the following data locally on your device only. This data never leaves the device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

3

How We Use Information

The limited technical data collected through third-party SDKs is used only for:

ℹ️ We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties for marketing, profiling, or any commercial purpose.
4

Advertising & Google AdMob

BrainBloom Kids contains advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network operated by Google LLC. Because this app is directed at children and is enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families program, we have configured AdMob to serve only non-personalised, child-appropriate advertisements.

No personalised or behavioural advertising. We set requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly = true on every ad request. AdMob cannot build a profile of your child.

Types of Ads in the App

Ad Type When It Appears Child Safe
Banner Ad Small static ad anchored to the bottom of game screens. Never overlaps game content or interactive controls. ✅ Yes
No interstitial or rewarded video ads. The app displays only non-intrusive banner ads. No full-screen ads interrupt gameplay.

Consent Management (UMP)

For parents in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other applicable regions, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect your consent before serving ads. This consent dialog appears on first launch and can be revisited at any time via Settings → Ad Privacy Options.

AdMob Data Practices

⚠️ If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
5

COPPA Compliance (Children's Privacy)

BrainBloom Kids is directed at children under 13 and complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Specifically:

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at ahmadmuzaffar6228@gmail.com and we will delete it within 72 hours.
6

GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Since BrainBloom Kids collects no personal data from users directly, most of these rights relate to data held by Google AdMob. To exercise your rights with Google, please visit Google's Data & Privacy settings at myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.

Data Retention

BrainBloom Kids does not retain any user data on external servers because we do not operate servers that receive user data. All app data — game scores, progress, achievements, and preferences — is stored exclusively on the child's device using local storage.

Your child's data exists only on their device. We have no access to it and cannot retrieve it.
9

11

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data associated with BrainBloom Kids. Since we collect no personal information directly, the primary security consideration is the safety of locally stored app data.

We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a screen lock to protect your child's device.

12

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app's features, legal requirements, or third-party service integrations. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the app update release notes on Google Play.

We encourage parents to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
